This website and store are operated by Style Eyes Optical. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Style Eyes Optical. By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms and to our posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Products, prescriptions, and optical services

Eyewear fit, lens options, and product suitability depend on individual needs. Website content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for an examination by a qualified eye-care professional. You are responsible for providing a current, accurate, and legally valid prescription when one is required. We may contact the prescriber or request additional information as permitted by law. Prescription and customized products may have additional processing times and return restrictions.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment. We may reject or cancel an order because of inventory, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, prescription problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates, and title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law. Prescription lenses, customized eyewear, opened contact lenses or other sealed hygiene products, gift cards, final-sale items, and clearance merchandise may be non-returnable except where required by law or where an item is defective or incorrect.

Intellectual property

The site and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, video, software, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to Style Eyes Optical and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit site content without prior written permission.
